By order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York in the matter of DEMCO, Inc., Case No. 12-12465-MJK.  The remaining assets of DEMCO will sell at auction on July 25 begining at 10:00 AM EDT from a former jobsite located at 6901 Dupont Drive, Florence, SC.  Please note that there is a concentration of support equipment in Buffalo, NY and also excavators in Houston & Austin, TX.  Please see catalog for exact location of each item, all lost will sell from the Florence, SC location – remote items sell webcast via Proxibid (follow links to register and bid online).

INSPECTION: Florence, SC location will be open for inspection on Wednesday, July 24 from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and otherwise by appointment.  All other locations are available for inspection by appointment only, please contact office for details.

REMOVAL:  Florence, SC location:  Removal will be immediately following the auction sale, Friday and Saturday July 26 & 27 from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM each day, thereafter by appointment ONLY.  Buffalo, NY location:  Friday and Saturday, July 26 & 27 between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, thereafter by appointment ONLY.  Houston & Austin, TX and other remote sites by appointment ONLY.  Please note that payment will only be accepted at the Florence site and otherwise by wire or credit card (remote sites will not have an office staff to accept payment, see catalog for details).
