NOTE: Due to the complex nature of this offering, all rigging and removal for this auction will be restricted to Auburn Crane and Rigging. Rigging and loading prices for major items are clearly marked in the catalog and will be added to your invoice at checkout, please bid accordingly. Rigging and loading of major items must be scheduled for the week of November 11–16. BUYERS FAILING TO ADHERE TO THIS LOADING SCHEDULE WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS THE RIGGER MAY CHARGE TO RE-MOBILIZE EQUIPMENT TO THE SITE. Buyers are encouraged to reserve and schedule trucks for the week of November 11–16 at the conclusion of the auction. All dunnage, saddles or specialty cradles must be provided by the Buyer. Smaller, hand-carry items and can be: (i) loaded for no additional fee for buyers with other equipment being rigged, (ii) palletized and loaded for a nominal charge for buyers not otherwise purchasing other equipment being rigged, or (iii) picked up by the purchaser and hand loaded on their truck on November 7-9 from 8:00 AM -4:00 PM each day.  Note:  All buyers shall contract directly with Auburn Crane & Rigging and the auctioneer is not a party to the rigging or removal process.  The auctioneer is acting as a collection agent only and not responsible for the acts of the rigging contractor. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer from any and all claims or actions that may arise from any rigging process.
