and will begin promptly at 10:00 AM EDT.  Registration will begin at 9:30 AM EDT.



These five properties are part of the bankruptcy estate of Roth Steel (etal) and are being sold at public auction to settle the estate.  These five properties are all vacant parcels in various locations in the Syracuse, NY area (Central NY).  Photographs and panoramic images of each parcel are below.  Inspection of any parcel is open at any time to the public.  Prospective bidders are recommended to visit and inspect any parcel they might be interested in before bidding.  All property sold as-is.

A deposit of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) payable by cashier’s, bank or certified check, or in cash, will be required of the Purchaser at the time and place of sale.  Please have bank checks made payable to yourself, which will be endorsed to the Trustee when you become the successful bidder.  An additional deposit sufficient to bring total deposit to Ten Percent (10%) of the purchase price, is due in the offices of of the Trustee within Twenty Four (24) hours of the sale.   A separate $1,000 initial deposit is required for each property.  Closing shall take place not later than November 30th, 2016 at a time and place to be mutually agreed.  All costs incident to closing including, but not limited to recordation fees, transfer taxes, title insurance fees, etc. to be paid by the Purchaser.
