FIREARMS AT AUCTION:  All firearms will be sold in accordance with NYS and Federal firearms regulations.  Firearms that are not in compliance with New York S.A.F.E. can only be sold to a registered firearms dealer, police/law enforcement or out of state.  All purchasers must pass an NICS background check and complete an FFL form 4473.  FFL dealers must submit a copy of their FFL with a fresh ink signature.  Online and out of state buyers subject to same standards, and must provide a pre-paid shipping label for delivery to the local FFL of their choice.  Local buyers must take delivery at the registered address of our designated FFL, Buy My Gunz, Inc., 5526 Main Street, Williamsville, NY 14221 BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  No firearms will be delivered at the time and place of the auction sale.  NOTICE:  Blackbird Asset Services, LLC is working as agent ONLY for the business estate of Aaron Pierce in facilitating the sale of firearms, and is not as a firearms dealer.  All transfers of firearms will be made in accordance with NYS and Federal firearms regulations and conducted by Buy My Gunz, Inc.  A $35.00 per firearm FFL transfer fee will be added to every purchase.
