FIREARMS AT AUCTION:  All firearms will be sold in accordance with NYS and Federal firearms regulations.  Firearms that are not in compliance with New York S.A.F.E. can only be sold to a registered firearms dealer, police/law enforcement or out of state.  All purchasers must pass an NICS background check and complete an FFL form 4473.  FFL dealers must submit a copy of their FFL with a fresh ink signature.  Online and out of state buyers subject to same standards, and must provide a pre-paid shipping label for delivery to the local FFL of their choice.  Local buyers must take delivery at the registered address of our designated FFL, Buy My Gunz, Inc., 5526 Main Street, Williamsville, NY 14221 BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  No firearms will be delivered at the time and place of the auction sale.  NOTICE:  Blackbird Asset Services, LLC is working as agent ONLY for the business estate of Pierce Munitions LLC and/or Aaron Pierce in facilitating the sale of firearms, and is not as a firearms dealer.  All transfers of firearms will be made in accordance with NYS and Federal firearms regulations and conducted by Buy My Gunz, Inc.  A $35.00 per firearm FFL transfer fee will be added to every purchase.

LIVE AUCTION WITH WEBCAST: This auction will be conducted LIVE ONSITE and also Webcast live via Bidspotter.

PAYMENT:  ALL PURCHASES MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION.  All on site purchases subject to a 15% buyer’s premium, 18% webcast.  Payment on site may be made by cash, certified funds, ACH or wire transfer (instructions on invoice).  MasterCard and Visa accepted up to $5,000, 3% convenience fee for credit card purchases.  Company checks will be accepted only if accompanied by a letter from the issuing bank that reads:  (Bank Name) unconditionally guarantees payment to Blackbird Asset Services, LLC from (Purchasers Name) on account number ______ up to the amount of $________.  This guarantee will be valid for purchases made at the Pierce Ammunition auction on Tuesday, October 27.  NOTE TO WEBCAST BUYERS – Please be advised that although you are required to present a credit card to register at Bidspotter, we do not automatically charge your card following the auction.  Upon receipt of an invoice following the auction sale please contact our industrial auction office to make payment arrangements. 

INSPECTION : Is open to the public on Monday, October 26 from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM or by prior appointment only.  Please contact auctioneer for details.

REMOVAL :  Removal for smalls and hand carry items will be immediately following the auction.  Open removal from October 28 – 31, thereafter BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  All purchases MUST be removed no later than November 7^th so please plan accordingly.  Prospective riggers are encouraged to review the PDF catalog and submit insurance certificates in advance of the auction.  Check back for a list of riggers that have pre-qualified to work this auction.
