Auction Highlights

This is an exceptional opportunity to purchase a late-model pita bread bakery operation as a turnkey purchase in its entirety. We will first offer the complete package for one money, including all equipment, intellectual property and branded packaging (this will be lot #1). A successful bid using this method will allow the buyer a very quick entry into this lucrative, niche business as everything is installed and ready to go. The auction will begin with the entirety bid, which will be held in reserve subject to piecemeal (item-by-item) bidding. The method which produces the highest amount will be confirmed immediately, on site, and not subject to any further review or approval of the court.
