By order of the secured creditor we will sell certain assets of Comprehensive Power, Inc., in Marlborough, MA on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at 10:00 AM EST.  The offering is conducted under Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code and we will be offering in BULK LOTS ONLY, subject to the entirety bid:

INSPECTION: Interested parties are encouraged to inspect the assets being offered and preinspection is by appointment ONLY, please call the industrial auction office at 716-632-1000 to schedule an appointment.  The property will be open for inspection from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM on sale day for inspection.

REMOVAL: Is by appointment ONLY, please call the Buffalo auction office at 716-632-1000 to schedule removal after the auction sale.  Please note that all purchases must be removed by February 28, 2014.
